This innovative conversion kit transforms standard bicycles into an eco-conscious, economical alternative to traditional vehicles. At its core is a 45V battery, engineered with a 12s4p configuration of LiOn cells—that drives both a 2000W BLDC motor alongside an ESP32-S3 microcontroller. The system features an NV3041A display that shows real-time motor telemetry alongside elevation data from an integrated GPS module, sent over CAN and UART respectively. A custom Android application was developed to transmit Google Maps directions to the ESP via BLE, the first bike navigation solution of its kind.
