This conversion kit transforms standard bicycles into e-bikes. At its core is a 45V battery, engineered with a 12s4p configuration of LiOn cells that drives both a 2000W BLDC motor alongside an ESP32-S3 microcontroller. The system features an NV3041A display that shows real-time motor telemetry alongside elevation data from an integrated GPS module, sent over CAN and UART respectively. We also developed a custom Android app to transmit Google Maps directions to the ESP via BLE, the first bike navigation solution of its kind.
